Own and coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns and local initiatives across care homes, ensuring smooth delivery, content creation, event support, and process improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enquiries and occupancy
  • Coordinating internal and external events, from logistics and suppliers through to attendee communications and event materials
  • Creating and supporting engaging content across digital, social media, website and print channels
  • Managing marketing administration, campaign schedules, assets and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly
  • Working closely with care homes and services across the business to support local marketing initiatives and community engagement
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, organisation and the effectiveness of marketing activity
