Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns that generate engagement, leads and business growth.
  • Create high-quality marketing content across a range of digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, websites and promotional materials.
  • Manage and deliver a programme of workshops, events and networking activities, both in-person and online.
  • Develop compelling case studies, news stories and communications that strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and event performance, using data and insights to improve future activity.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, suppliers and agencies to deliver effective marketing activity on time and within budget.
  • Maintain website content and support digital marketing activities, ensuring information remains accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring all communications and marketing activity align with organisational standards and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers, venues, suppliers and strategic partners.
  • Support the wider marketing function with planning, administration, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and events.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and content creation skills.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including social media, email and web content.
  • Event planning and project management experience.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and produce meaningful reports.
  • Strong stakeholder, supplier and partner management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills.
