Job Description

Responsibilities

As the Marketing & Events Co-ordinator, you'll:
- Support marketing and communications campaigns through content scheduling, asset coordination, and reporting.
- Manage CRM contact data to ensure accuracy and enable targeted outreach.
- Coordinate logistics for hosted, attended, and digital events - making every detail count.
- Provide vital administrative support, including diary management and meeting preparation.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives and member engagement.

Requirements

Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Knowledge of CRM systems and event planning principles.
A proactive, adaptable team player with a customer-focused mindset.
