Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate events, functions and promotional activities.
• Generate, manage and follow up event and private-hire enquiries.
• Help convert enquiries and prospective customers into confirmed bookings.
• Build relationships with local businesses, organisations, groups and community partners.
• Proactively identify new business and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate social media, digital marketing and promotional activity.
• Help create engaging campaigns, content and communications.
• Develop customer databases, mailing lists and repeat-business initiatives.
• Encourage customer reviews, loyalty and referrals.
• Monitor local activity, competitors and emerging opportunities.
