- Growth & Positioning: Build multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, SEO/content, social, and partner channels for NA, EU, and APAC to accelerate delegate attendance and sponsor interest.
- Brand & Experience: Elevate the series as a must-attend destination with messaging, thought leadership, and a best-in-class event experience for delegates, exhibitors, and sponsors.
- Analytics & Leadership: Establish attribution and ROI frameworks, lead a high-performing team, manage agencies, and optimise spend to demonstrate impact.
