Job Summary

Own inbound lead follow-up and qualification, ensuring fast turnaround and high conversion for the EMEA MDR function.

  • Demand Generation/Lead Handling: Follow up inbound leads from campaigns, events, and content and maintain speed to lead SLAs.
  • Collaboration & Discovery: Conduct discovery conversations, hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives, and feed feedback to marketing on campaign performance.
  • Data Hygiene & Tools: Maintain accurate CRM records and be the tooling expert with clean data for reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Follow up with inbound leads generated through campaigns, events, and content.
  • Staff booths when required and represent the brand professionally.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and cloud needs.
  • Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives.
  • Maintain high inbound conversion rate and strong SLA adherence (speed to lead performance).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Be an expert in tooling while maintaining clean data hygiene.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or MDR role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts (cloud, DevOps, FinOps, are a plus).
  • Self-starter mindset with a drive to hit and exceed expectations.
Preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms - cloud practitioner is a huge plus.
  • Experience working closely with marketing teams on campaigns or lead follow-up.
