Job Summary

Craft and own multi channel creative marketing week to week, blending seasonal campaigns with retail events; manage content across social, email, and in store assets to drive brand storytelling and customer engagement.

  • Campaign Planning & Marketing Strategy: plan seasonal campaigns, align with retail calendar events, and develop concepts to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Social Content & Creative Production: lead weekly social plans, produce photos/videos, scripts, and edits while preserving brand tone and visual identity.
  • Email Marketing & Asset Production: design Klaviyo campaigns, support online sales and retention, and create assets for digital and paid channels.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Marketing Strategy: plan and execute seasonal campaigns, coordinate around retail calendar events, and develop strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention with aligned concepts.
  • Social Content & Creative Production: oversee weekly social content plan across channels, create and edit photography/video/content, write scripts, and ensure brand tone and visuals while capturing content at events.
  • Email Marketing & Asset Production: design and deploy email campaigns via Klaviyo, support online sales and retention, and design assets for digital and paid channels with consistent quality.
