Responsibilities

• Using software (SAGE) to coordinate, process and despatch marketing orders to customers
• Managing customer information platforms with our product details
• Support event planning, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities
• Processing sample requests
• Organise and procure exhibition items, helping with sample materials and display products. Completing all the administration and bookings for events
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities and industry trends
• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and analytics
• Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and project timelines
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency
• Help develop promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral

Requirements

• 1–3 years of marketing or administrative experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in SharePoint, CRM and SAGE
