Job Summary

Own and coordinate brand-aligned marketing campaigns and guest-facing promotions for a luxury hotel, driving guest engagement and revenue through cross-team collaboration and curated content across digital platforms.

  • Campaign planning and execution across channels and guest experiences to ensure brand consistency.
  • Content updates and coordination on digital and marketing platforms to support promotions and guest engagement.
  • Collaboration with Sales, Events, and Operations to enable campaigns and measure engagement outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Promote brand awareness across internal and external channels, ensuring consistency with brand standards
  • Assist in developing and coordinating promotional activities, offers and experiences
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and support revenue-generating initiatives
  • Maintain marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, quality and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with Sales, Events and Operations teams to support campaigns and promotions
  • Respond to guest and client enquiries related to marketing activities and promotions
  • Assist with content creation, updates and coordination across digital and marketing platforms
  • Track and maintain records of marketing activities and guest engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the marketing team

Requirements

  • Previous experience or strong interest in marketing, communications or luxury hospitality
  • Good understanding of brand positioning and customer engagement principles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency
  • A creative mindset, with the ability to contribute ideas and solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital or marketing tools (advantageous)
  • Professional presentation and a positive, service-driven attitude
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Ensure all communication is professional, accurate and aligned with brand tone and standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and comply with all company policies
