Responsibilities

• Managing PR, communications, social media, content and branding.
• Help communicate company news, events, and initiatives to employees.
• Support employee engagement, DEI, and company culture initiatives.
• Creating engaging content, case studies, customer stories and marketing materials.
• Maintaining consistent application of the Paneltex brand across all channels.
• Supporting website and digital content.
• Building relationships with media and industry contacts.
• Coordinating exhibitions, events and associated communications.
• Working with sales and colleagues across the business to identify marketing opportunities.
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing and communications performance.

Requirements

• An excellent and engaging writer with strong attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive and confident taking ownership of projects.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Commercially aware, with an interest in understanding our customers, products and industry.
• Confident creating content for social media, websites and other digital channels.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across the business.
• Confident dealing with external suppliers, media contacts and event organisers.
• Experienced in marketing, communications, PR or a similar role, ideally within a B2B environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography/video, website management, analytics or B2B marketing would be advantageous.
