Responsibilities

• Marketing & Content Lead to own our marketing and content outright. Not to execute someone else's plan, but to decide the direction and run it.
• Instagram, our strongest channel by a distance. Strategy, posting, growth and community.
• Content creation. Filming and editing reels at camps, on ski weeks and at events.
• Paid advertising. Setting up, running and optimising campaigns across Meta and anything else worth testing.
• Email marketing to our family database.
• Campaign planning around each booking window.
• PR outreach to family, travel and lifestyle press.
• Winter (October to March) Promoting our family ski weeks, building the Easter and summer camp campaigns, getting paid ads properly set up and tested, and capturing content out on the winter trips.
• Summer (April to September) Filming at camps, running ads hard through the booking window, and posting reactively while camps are live.

Requirements

• A genuinely good eye. You can tell the difference between content that works and content that doesn't.
