Responsibilities

• Creating monthly content calendars and plans
• Designing on-brand paid social graphics in Canva
• Writing engaging content in different brand tones of voice
• Creating and editing Reels and short-form video
• Sourcing imagery and creative assets
• Scheduling content and supporting community management
• Bringing your own content and campaign ideas to the table
• Pulling monthly performance data from social platforms, Google Analytics and Search Console
• Compiling client reports with clear commentary and insights
• Spotting trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

Requirements

• At least 2 years' hands-on experience in a marketing role
• Strong copywriting skills and an excellent grasp of written English
• Experience creating social media content for businesses
• Confident graphic design skills using Canva
• Experience creating and editing short-form video/Reels using video editing tools such as CapCut
• Experience using Meta Business Suite
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console
• Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• An understanding of SEO and tools such as Semrush
• The ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines and pieces of content at once

Benefits

• £28,000–£32,000 per annum, depending on experience
