Job Summary

Own and execute UTA Dining's social media strategy and campus marketing initiatives, from content creation and calendar management to engagement analytics and event support across dining locations, while collaborating with students and campus partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage UTA Dining’s social media platforms and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
  • Create and publish engaging photos, videos, reels, stories, and campaigns featuring dining locations, menu items, events, and student experiences.
  • Monitor social media activity, engage with students and guests, and stay current with digital trends.
  • Build relationships with students, campus organizations, residence life, and university departments.
  • Plan and support tabling events, promotions, themed meals, giveaways, grand openings, and other dining initiatives.
  • Create flyers, signage, table tents, newsletters, emails, and other marketing materials in alignment with Chartwells and University brand standards.
  • Gather student feedback and track social media engagement, campaign performance, and event participation.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Marketing Experience required.
