Responsibilities

• Demonstrate impact
• - Develop compelling stories that showcase the impact of Surrey Cricket Foundation's programmes and the difference they make to individuals and communities.
• - Turn programme outcomes, data and participant experiences into engaging and accessible content.
• - Develop communications that demonstrate the value of our work to funders, partners, stakeholders and potential supporters.
• - Build a strong library of photography, video, testimonials and case studies that can be used across the Foundation.
• - Design and create the Foundation's Annual Impact Report.
• Create engaging video and digital content
• - Lead the creation of engaging short films, reels and video content for social media, websites, events, presentations and fundraising.
• - Plan, film and edit content.
• - Capture content at schools, clubs, community sessions, training and events.

Requirements

• Experience working in marketing, communications, content creation or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
• Demonstrable experience creating short-form video and social media content, including filming and editing.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
• Experience managing digital content, ideally including websites and email communications.
• A strong eye for visual presentation and attention to detail.
• Experience using analytics and insight to evaluate and improve communications.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A willingness to get out and about across Surrey to capture content at programmes, training sessions, schools, clubs and events.
• An understanding of, or genuine interest in, cricket and the role sport can play in creating positive change.

Preferred

• A full driving licence with access to own transport.
