Own the Marketing framework to grow subscribers and engaged users for England Golf’s iGolf and iPlay programs across digital touchpoints.

Marketing framework: own integrated plans across social, PR, email and website CMS.
Audience focus: drive subscriber growth and active engagement for independent golfers.
Content & analysis: convert via conversion-focused content and market insight to steer campaigns.

Deliver the marketing and communications framework for the iGolf and iPlay programmes, focusing on subscriber and user growth as part of England Golf’s drive to connect and engage with independent golfers.

A knowledge of the full marketing mix - specifically social networking, PR, email and website communications along with social media content and management
Demonstratable practical experience - specifically developing digital, conversion-focused content with good creative and copywriting skills
Ability to apply market analysis - to drive a digital marketing and communications
Knowledge and experience of email software tools - previous use/ utilisation of Content Management System (CMS) to manage website content
Excellent communication abilities - written and spoken skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Organisational skills - Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
The post is full-time (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm core hours) but you may be required to work weekends and evenings. The position is based at our headquarters in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.
