Job Summary

Own and lead Eversfield Preparatory School's marketing, communications and promotional activity to attract and retain pupils and strengthen the school's external profile. Work closely with the Headmaster and senior colleagues to translate strategy into practical marketing delivery across all channels, balancing long-term aims with day-to-day execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

coordinate the marketing, communications and promotional activity of Eversfield Preparatory School
ensure that Eversfield presents a clear, distinctive and consistently high-quality profile to current and prospective families, the wider community and other key stakeholders
Working closely with the Headmaster, Registrar and other senior colleagues, the Marketing and Communications Manager will support pupil recruitment and retention, strengthen the School's external profile and ensure that the achievements, character and ethos of Eversfield are communicated effectively across all channels
The role requires someone who is able both to think strategically and to deliver the day-to-day practical work of school marketing
Working across the school, the postholder will have regular contact with pupils in all year groups

Requirements

Bachelor's (preferred)
marketing: 2 years (required)
an enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate
