Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Communications Manager plays a key role in developing and executing integrated communication tactics across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
  • This role contributes to campaign strategy, content planning, and performance optimization, using insights to improve delivery and engagement.
  • As a strategic contributor, you will collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful execution.
  • Develop and publish content across integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and audience needs.
  • Coordinate campaign planning, content calendars, and performance tracking across channels.
  • Apply insights from analytics to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of communication tactics.
  • Explore and apply emerging tools, including AI, to enhance content delivery and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experienced in campaign execution or marketing communications.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to inform decisions, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve content and campaign outcomes.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.
  • Ability to travel –10-15% travel, overnight, within territory or locations usually for workshops, yearly planning sessions or events
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred

  • It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Prior experience in the Life Sciences industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience working with campaign planning frameworks, marketing automation, content management, and CRM tools.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, across global teams.
