Job Description

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to registered visitors
Speaking confidently and professionally with senior education professionals
Confirming attendance and encouraging colleagues to attend
Sending follow-up emails
Recording call outcomes and visitor information accurately
Following up with visitors who could not be reached
Identifying opportunities for referrals and group attendance
Helping maximise event attendance and reduce visitor drop-off

Requirements

Confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls
Organised and reliable
Target-driven and motivated
Comfortable working independently

Preferred

Previous experience in telesales, customer service, recruitment, appointment setting or events is desirable
