Job Summary

Own and sharpen the Monahans brand across internal and external audiences while shaping multi-channel marketing strategy, with emphasis on brand leadership, digital performance, and client/industry visibility.

  • Brand leadership: champion the brand with management and across communications, reflecting values and market position.
  • Strategy ownership: collaborate with department heads to execute current plans and help shape next year’s marketing agenda for growth.
  • Channel execution: oversee website, email, social, PR, awards, and client/industry events to grow presence and credibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the senior management team to refine and strengthen the Monahans brand.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring all communications reflect our values and market position.
  • Collaborate with heads of department to execute and further develop the current marketing strategy, driving key growth through tailored tactics, while also shaping the development of next year’s strategy.
  • Oversee website performance and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns, providing clear performance reports.
  • Manage social media platforms to boost engagement and enhance Monahan’s profile.
  • Raise Monahan’s visibility by identifying and participating in relevant industry awards and events.
  • Plan and execute a programme of client and industry events.
  • Support service lines in delivering successful bid and tender processes for new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external PR agencies, from campaign planning and briefing to performance evaluation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • A strong grasp of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across digital and offline channels.
  • A proactive and commercial mindset – always looking for ways to add value and contribute to growth.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence all levels.
