Job Summary

Own end-to-end journey orchestration across Adobe tools and turn briefs into scalable workflows that drive personalized activation.

  • Own marketing automation and journey orchestration through ACC, AJO, RT-CDP and Data Distiller to enable end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Bridge technical design and live execution to deliver scalable workflows aligned with business needs.
  • Upskill the team by embedding standards and best practices for Adobe-based workflow development.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate campaign briefs and technical designs into fully operational workflows within Adobe Campaign V8 (ACC), Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) and Data Distiller.
  • Bridge between technical architecture and live execution; ensure workflows are scalable, efficient and aligned to business needs.
  • Complement existing strengths in direct mail, email and SMS by introducing deep workflow expertise and enabling end-to-end journey orchestration.
  • Upskill the wider team, embedding knowledge, standards and best practice for Adobe-based workflow development.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in marketing automation and journey orchestration.
  • Ideally using Adobe Campaign and/or Adobe Journey Optimiser.
  • Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Data Distiller, segmentation, personalisation and audience activation would be especially valuable.
  • Technically minded, detail-oriented, and able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
