Responsibilities

• Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms.
• Executing the Franchisee onboarding process.
• Supporting the development and execution of our marketing and branding strategies
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and newsletters.
• Liaising with our external suppliers such as social media agency, print advertising agency, outsourced web support, photographers, video production.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Managing and updating our inhouse app which acts as a knowledge base for our franchisees.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Providing marketing support to our network of franchisees.
• Proof reading artwork, social media posts

• Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-sufficient and able to work on own initiative.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
• Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage time.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• High standards of written and spoken English
• Good level of capability in MS Office
• Full UK driving licence

Preferred

• Experience: Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
• Experience using InDesign and Canva useful, but not essential as full training will be given.
