Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Run LinkedIn, website, and email campaigns targeting plastics processors and OEMs.
• Technical Content: Turn technical specifications for extrusion lines, bag making machines, screen changers, repelletisers, material conveying systems, dryers, blenders, granulators etc into mail shots, case studies.
• Digital: Keep website updated, SEO basics, post 2-3x per week on LinkedIn with installations, machine trials and project wins
• Events: Support 2-3 trade shows/year inc. K Fair, Interplas, Plastics Live. Manage stand, literature, and lead follow-up
• Sales Support: Help manage CRM (SalesForce), internal knowledge base, track competitors, create presentations, help answer customer enquiries

Requirements

• Ideally 1-3 years B2B marketing experience. Manufacturing, engineering, or plastics background preferred
• Confident with Canva, WordPress/Wix, LinkedIn, Excel, and email marketing
• Strong written English. Can explain technical products in simple terms
• Self-starter. Comfortable "doing it all" in a small team
• Willing to learn plastic extrusion processes. We will train you

• Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
