Job Summary

Own internal comms delivery and executive messaging from plan to publish, while keeping it on brand and on schedule across town halls, newsletters, and leadership updates.

  • Internal Communications: Plan, draft, edit, publish leadership updates and campaigns, and coordinate town halls and SLT roadshows.
  • Content & Site Ops: Upload blogs, maintain marketing collateral, basic SEO tasks, and repurpose content across formats.
  • Events & Logistics: Manage invitations, RSVPs, logistics, supplier coordination, and post-event follow-ups and analytics.

Job Description

  • The effective coordination and delivery of internal communications activity in line with agreed plans and priorities.
  • The smooth planning and administrations of Town Halls, all-staff briefings and leadership communications.
  • Ownership of day-to-day marketing administration, ensuring processes, suppliers and logistics are managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing consistent, high-quality support to internal stakeholders, including HR and leadership teams.
  • Ensuring all communications and materials are accurate, on-brand and delivered to agreed timescales.
  • Internal Communications: Organising and coordinating all company meetings, Town Halls, and SLT roadshows.
  • Drafting, editing, and publishing internal communications, announcements, leadership updates, and internal campaigns.
  • Producing and distributing quarterly internal newsletters and other employee focused content.
  • Liaising with teams across the business to gather news, achievements, and updates for internal and external use.
  • Managing internal communication channels, including SharePoint and email newsletters.
