Job Summary

Own the frontline work of turning consumer interactions into brand value by executing campaigns, shaping customer experiences, and turning feedback into smarter marketing decisions.

  • Customer-facing campaigns: support awareness, engagement, and acquisition efforts that reflect client brands.
  • Experience and collaboration: deliver positive brand experiences and coordinate with teammates to drive campaign success.
  • Insights and relationships: collect customer feedback and market insights to strengthen loyalty and inform ongoing activation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting marketing and brand awareness campaigns
  • Engaging with customers and creating positive brand experiences
  • Promoting products and services on behalf of client brands
  • Assisting with customer acquisition initiatives
  • Building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
  • Gathering customer feedback and market insights
  • Working towards individual and team performance goals
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver successful campaigns
  • Representing client brands professionally and confidently

Preferred

  • Previous experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is beneficial but not essential. Full training is provided.
