Job Summary

Own the social and content engine for a hospitality brand, coordinating multi-channel content, partnerships, and guest-facing campaigns with a focus on engagement and bookings.

  • Build and optimize content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile while aligning with promotions and launches.
  • Drive influencer partnerships, loyalty initiatives, and guest engagement through coordinated campaigns.
  • Measure campaign performance and report insights to improve future content and channel mix.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
  • Capture engaging photo and video content within the venue.
  • Create and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional content.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer interactions where appropriate.
  • Support influencer collaborations and content partnerships.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  • Manage online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Help maintain website content and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with SEO initiatives and online visibility improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across menus, promotional materials, signage, and online platforms.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with photography and videography for social media.
