Job Summary

Own social content and community engagement that drives brand presence, with end-to-end ownership of strategy, content creation, and performance measurement for FUNDA’s audience across multiple platforms.

  • Social Strategy & Community: Set the channel playbook, grow a vibrant audience, and respond to feedback to shape brand perception.
  • Content & Video Production: Lead content creation from concept through editing for posts, stories, and videos that showcase events and programs.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaigns, report on metrics, and translate insights into iterative improvements across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance FUNDA's online presence and engage with our target audience.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a vibrant online community.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of campaigns, content, and audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to continually optimize our social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with FUNDA's brand values and objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, emails, and website content.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, such as events, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, videography, and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in using professional video equipment, editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from various departments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to tell compelling stories through visuals.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with children's education and entertainment industries is an advantage.
