Responsibilities

• Building relationships with and providing customer service to exhibiting brands
• Managing Exhibitor Liaison to improve exhibitor comms for increased exhibitor tickets
• Assisting with the distribution of all promotional materials
• Updating event websites with relevant exhibitor information (FAQ’s and Exhibitor Zones)
• Onsite delivery of the exhibitor comms and visitor experience, which could include feature management
• Creating basic design briefs for exhibitor comms

Requirements

• Excellent customer relations skills
• Good communication and telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with evenings and weekend flexibility as required
• Availability July start and commitment for 3-4 months (through event end date)
• Hybrid working capability (office and remote)
• Start in July (onsite at shows first week of November, 2-8)

Preferred

• Recent graduate seeking first role in event marketing
