Job Summary

Own the end to end marketing mix for a small business: plan and execute campaigns, manage content and the website, and run CRM driven comms to grow awareness and ROI.

  • Marketing ownership: plan and optimize campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
  • Platform and content: maintain WordPress site, create social content, and craft copy across channels, with HubSpot as the CRM backbone.
  • Measurement and optimization: report ROI with Google Analytics and other tools to close the loop and drive improvements.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver digital and traditional marketing campaigns across email, social media and advertising platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring information is accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Create, schedule and manage social media content across multiple platforms to maximise engagement and audience growth.
  • Write, edit and proofread high-quality marketing content for websites, brochures, newsletters, social media and promotional materials.
  • Design and coordinate brochures and other marketing literature.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity and opportunities for growth.
  • Produce monthly marketing reports, campaign analytics and ROI statistics for the management team.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and paid social media advertising campaigns.
