All our case managers are recruited with a minimum set standard and are provided training and CPD development to ensure competencies and compliance are continually met. As standard we have set SLAs (service-level agreements) to ensure assessments and reports and are completed within set timescales and case managers communicate effectively and provide solutions to support clients.Support worker packagesWe directly recruit support workers for clients, including providing training, supervision, and payroll services, ensuring the client receive a high standard of care and support.
