Content & Social: support copy, blogs, social posts, and basic visual content across channels
CRM & Website: assist CRM data tasks and help with basic site updates and SEO basics

Job Description

Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting – Learning to use tools like Google Analytics to track performance and engagement
Client Communication – Assisting with communication to and on behalf of clients
Data Input & Admin – Supporting CRM and data-related tasks
Copywriting – Writing engaging content for blogs, social posts, web pages, and more
Social Media Marketing – Creating, scheduling, and analysing content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
Email Marketing – Assisting with the design and sending of newsletters and campaigns
Photography & Visual Content – Capturing or sourcing visuals for use in digital campaigns
Website Management – Helping update and maintain our website content and SEO

Requirements

Driving Licence (required)
Ability to commute/relocate to Ledbury HR8 2TG
