Job Summary

Own creative production for a school marketing function, turning design into recruitment and community experiences while using data to refine messaging and impact.

  • Creative Production: Lead in‑house design across admissions materials, events visuals, and digital assets.
  • Campaign & Events: Support targeted campaigns and recruitment events with collateral management.
  • Insight & Refinement: Use data to measure impact and continuously improve communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a hands‑on, in‑house creative role where you will take the lead in the production of high‑quality design materials that celebrate school life, support recruitment, and strengthen engagement with families, alumnae and the wider community.
  • From open days and high‑profile events to digital campaigns, corridor displays and social media assets, you will play a central part in shaping how our story is told.
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Admissions team, you will help deliver targeted campaigns, support recruitment events, manage collateral, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for prospective families.
  • You will also use data and insight to inform activity, evaluate impact and help us continually refine how we communicate.
  • You will be an enthusiastic ambassador for girls’ education and the values of the GDST.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communications or admissions is essential
  • Strong design skills
  • Confident using digital tools — ideally including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Able to produce engaging content across formats such as newsletters, brochures, social media, video and photography

Preferred

  • Experience within an education setting would be an advantage.
