Responsibilities

• Our Management Trainees gain exposure to the different areas that drive successful client campaigns and business growth.
• You’ll develop experience across: - Marketing and customer acquisition - Sales and business development - Campaign management and client representation - Customer engagement and relationship building - Team leadership and development - Coaching and mentoring - Business operations and commercial strategy
• As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility within campaigns and begin developing your leadership, management and people skills

Preferred

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, recruitment or business development can be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
