Job Summary

Own product and category strategy for UK&I and align launches, pricing, and marketing activation with regional needs.

Product Lifecycle & Category Leadership: Own lifecycle from launch to portfolio optimization for UK&I.
Market Activation & Brand: Develop customer‑focused campaigns, ATL work with central teams, and local activations.
Cross‑functional Delivery: Partner with sales, operations, and regional teams; inform pricing, positioning, and performance reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management and Marketing Activation team
Build a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountable culture
Set clear priorities and development plans
Own the full product and category lifecycle for the UK&I market
Lead new product introductions, launches, and portfolio optimisation
Ensure the product offer meets customer and commercial needs
Direct category analysis and competitor benchmarking
Use insights to shape pricing, product strategy, and marketing effectiveness
Deliver regular reporting on product, category, and campaign performance
Develop and execute customer‑focused marketing activation plans

Requirements

Proven leadership experience
Strong background in product management, category management, or marketing activation
Experience across B2B and B2C channels, ideally within a manufacturer or supplier
Strong analytical and commercial capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influencing skills
Experience in an international matrix organisation
Strong project management, prioritisation, and budget management skills
Technical product understanding (advantageous)
