Own frontline brand engagement and live campaign learning with a bias toward practical messaging and weekly targets.

  • Brand representation: engage customers face to face to move awareness and alignment with UK brands.
  • Live campaign execution: understand delivery, measurement basics, and iterative improvement with coaching support.

Responsibilities

  • Represent leading UK brands through face-to-face customer engagement
  • Build confidence communicating brand messaging clearly and professionally
  • Learn how live campaigns are delivered, measured, and improved
  • Develop communication, confidence, and people skills through real experience
  • Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
  • Be supported through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development sessions

Requirements

  • Full training provided
  • Must be able to commute to Manchester

Preferred

  • Retail, hospitality, customer service, or events experience can be helpful but is not required
