Own the core CRM and lifecycle workstream, delivering end-to-end email campaigns, driving retention and monetisation initiatives, and translating cross-channel data into actionable growth guidance for the gaming audience.

CRM Campaign Ownership: End-to-end delivery from brief to deployment and reporting with iterative A/B testing.
Lifecycle & Monetisation: Plan and execute retention, re-engagement, and GTM updates across the player lifecycle.
Data-Driven Insights: Track metrics across CRM, paid media, and player behavior to inform cross-functional decisions.

Job Description

Own end-to-end CRM and lifecycle optimization, turning campaign data into cross-channel performance improvements.

Own the end-to-end delivery of CRM email campaigns from brief through to deployment and reporting, including A/B testing to optimise performance across channels and creatives
Plan and execute retention, re-engagement, and monetisation campaigns — spanning go-to-market launches, major updates, and ongoing player lifecycle activity
Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics across CRM, paid media, and player behaviour, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
