ABOUT US

Social Chameleon is an award-winning, social-first creative and digital agency working with ambitious brands across the UK and internationally.

With offices in London and Sydney, we specialise in social media strategy, content creation, influencer marketing, paid media and digital innovation.

We're a fast-growing, ambitious team that prides itself on delivering exceptional creative work alongside an equally exceptional client experience.

We're now looking for a bright, energetic and highly organised Junior Account Manager to join our client services team.

THE ROLE

We're looking for someone who's sharp, personable, relentlessly organised and knows how to get things done.

Someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes genuine pride in making sure every detail is taken care of.

You'll support the day-to-day management of client relationships and projects, working closely with our account managers, strategists and creative teams to ensure that work is delivered on time, to brief and to an exceptional standard.

You'll be a key point of contact for clients, helping coordinate communications, manage deliverables, track deadlines and keep projects moving.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing position who wants to build a career in account management within the creative and digital marketing industry.

You don't necessarily need agency experience. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, instincts and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management-

  • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, building positive and professional relationships.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for client communications, queries and requests.

  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, objectives and expectations.

Project Management & Delivery-

  • Coordinate projects and deliverables across internal strategy, creative, social media and production teams.
  • Maintain accurate project timelines, task lists and delivery schedules.
  • Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure work progresses according to plan.
  • Identify potential delays, bottlenecks or issues early and work with the team to resolve them.
  • Ensure client feedback is accurately documented, communicated and actioned.
  • Support the preparation and quality checking of client deliverables before submission.
  • Keep project management systems and internal documentation organised and up to date.

Account Admin & Organisation-

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project activity, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Coordinate regular client updates, status reports and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, presentations and supporting documents.
  • Assist with monitoring project scope and flagging additional requests or potential scope changes.
  • Support the preparation of information required for client reporting and invoicing.
  • Help improve the efficiency and consistency of internal account management processes.

Communication & Collaboration-

  • Work closely with account managers and senior team members to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the wider team in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Take initiative in identifying what needs to happen next, without waiting to be asked.
  • Approach challenges with energy, resourcefulness and a willingness to find solutions.

ABOUT YOU

Essential-

  • Approximately 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, client services, account management, customer success or similar role.
  • A naturally outgoing, personable and engaging personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine interest in brands, marketing, social media and the creative industries.
  • Based within reasonable commuting distance of London and able to attend occasional in-person meetings, shoots and team activities.

  • Experience working with project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing terminology.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders or client accounts.
  • Experience preparing client presentations, reports or meeting documentation.

Formal marketing qualifications are not essential. We're more interested in your ability to communicate, organise, problem-solve and build relationships.
