Responsibilities

Tutoring Center Coordination: Coordinate tutoring schedules and match students with appropriate tutors based on subject needs and availability. Greet students and parents and maintain a welcoming, professional, and safe environment. Monitor student arrivals and dismissals to ensure safety and accountability. Communicate with parents regarding scheduling, attendance, payments, and student progress updates. Process new student enrollments and maintain accurate student and tutor records. Collect tuition payments and maintain payment-tracking records. Track attendance and assist with missed or rescheduled sessions. Print, organize, and distribute worksheets, practice tests, and other class materials. Support tutors with scheduling, classroom materials, and student-related needs. Assist the center manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Social Media and Marketing: Take photos and short videos of center activities, educational tips, events, and promotional content. Obtain proper permission before photographing or recording students and protect student privacy. Create and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Create posts, reels, stories, flyers, and advertisements promoting tutoring programs, test preparation, enrollment opportunities, and student achievements. Maintain a consistent social media content calendar and posting schedule. Respond professionally to social media messages, comments, and basic inquiries from prospective families. Help increase followers, engagement, inquiries, and awareness within the local community. Research relevant social media trends and develop content ideas for students and parents. Track basic performance results, including reach, engagement, inquiries, and leads. Assist with outreach to local schools, parent groups, and community organizations.

Requirements

Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
Friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable working with students and parents.
Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or scheduling software.
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Basic photography, video recording, and editing skills.

Preferred

Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools is preferred.
Customer service, administrative, or social media marketing experience is preferred.
Previous experience in a tutoring center, school, or educational environment is a plus.
