Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Regional brand and portfolio execution: Lead regional translation of brand and portfolio strategies with priorities and timely delivery.
  • Distribution strategies and roadmaps: Define distribution, merchandising, channel assortment, execute roadmaps and manage risks.
  • Insights-driven decision making: Build knowledge of categories, consumers, competitors to guide decisions with insights.
  • Market and execution analytics: Analyze market performance to set priorities and drive corrective actions.
  • Innovation deployment: Own regional deployment of innovation and influence pipeline priorities.
  • Portfolio lifecycle readiness: Lead lifecycle management ensuring markets are launch-ready with materials, timing and execution standards.
  • Brand consistency across Baby brands: Ensure high-quality brand communications regionally.
  • Local adaptation while protecting equity: Support local adaptations and act as quality gate for messaging.
  • Pricing strategy governance: Use shopper data to shape pricing guardrails and configurations.
  • Pricing audits and in-market execution: Lead audits and identify risks and promotional opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, with experience in international or multi-market marketing roles in consumer goods or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong commercial understanding, including building business cases and working with P&L, alongside experience in pricing and product range management.
  • Experience in product development and launches, including adapting global campaigns for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving growth in a fast-paced environment, with a good understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

Preferred

  • Strong analytical skills, using data and insights to understand performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Able to work across multiple markets, influencing stakeholders and setting clear priorities in a complex environment.
  • Additional European language skills are a plus
