Assist in sourcing, coordinating, and managing influencer and creator partnerships
Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign details
Support influencer UGC collection and organization
Help create and curate content for Kung Fu Tea and brand social channels
Support content planning, uploads, tagging, and asset organization
Brainstorm and execute social-first content ideas
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms
Engage with fans and franchisees through reshares, replies, and community engagement
Act as the "eyes and ears" of the brand by surfacing audience feedback and sentiment
Identify trending audios, meme formats, and content styles aligned with our brand voice

Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
Experience using Canva and CapCut
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Interest in influencer marketing, content creation, and online communities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
