  • Audience and Data: Center decisions on audience needs and use data to guide journeys and propositions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • spearhead continued growth of one of the UK’s most loved charities, developing a new brand strategy, setting up values-led partnerships, positioning the brand to meet audience needs and wants, and executing integrated campaigns that extend the DofE’s reach, influence and income.
  • champion the audience in everything we do and be passionate about data driving decisions.
  • manage a small team, driving brand marketing activity that delivers against strategic objectives, whilst supporting internal teams; being the brand guardian, shaping propositions and products and delivering creative and impactful marketing strategies to grow targeted participation and fundraising.
  • A key member of the Engagement leadership team, you’ll offer strategic counsel across the charity and be a trusted voice of experience as we continue to build our brand marketing approach.

Requirements

  • Experience of leading a marketing team of 2+ people.
  • Excellent knowledge of integrated brand marketing processes including brand management and development.
  • A proven track record crafting and implementing multichannel brand marketing strategies.
  • Experience in developing and managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience across audience research and supporter journeys.
  • Excellent ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of brand marketing KPIs, CRMs and GDPR.
