Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading and evolving KERB's global marketing strategy, aligning activity with ambitious business growth objectives.
Championing a distinctive and authentic brand voice that celebrates food culture, community and entrepreneurship.
Overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across venues, events and social enterprise programmes.
Driving digital growth, engagement and conversion through data-led marketing, content and channel strategies.
Leading PR and communications activity, helping strengthen KERB's profile across consumer, trade and national media.
Managing and developing a talented marketing team, creating a culture of creativity, accountability and collaboration.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing supports wider commercial priorities.
Monitoring performance, analysing results and using insights to continuously optimise marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
A proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth.
Strong brand, digital and campaign marketing expertise.
