Responsibilities

Capture, distill, and structure expertise from customer teams using Wordbrew’s insight workflows
Turn raw input (voice notes, written replies, transcripts, expert contributions) into structured narratives and content foundations
Collaborate with editors and writers to ensure final outputs are accurate, useful, opinionated, and credible
Identify gaps in customer knowledge and pull in relevant experts from Wordbrew’s 300+ network when needed
Build repeatable content systems for customers – outlines, frameworks, insight repositories, and thinking models
Maintain clarity and consistency across long-term content programs, both synchronously and asynchronously
Work closely with the rest of your content team to ensure insights support positioning, trust, and growth
Review content for accuracy and narrative quality before it ships

Requirements

4–6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B, professional services, consulting, research, or agency environments
Comfortable using data to show what’s working, why it matters, and how content supports growth
Proven experience creating and executing content strategies/systems tied to business outcomes (visibility, trust, enablement, demand)
Strong ability to make sense of complex or unclear information and organize it into perspectives that support a company’s message/mission
Comfort identifying and working directly with subject matter experts, then teasing out their best thinking
Excellent judgment – knowing what belongs in a narrative and what doesn’t
Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use them responsibly for synthesis, research, and structure
Strong communication skills and comfort working asynchronously
