Job Summary

Own discovery and recruitment of social creators, build influencer relationships, and coordinate campaigns across UK/US with brands for paid partnerships.

Talent Sourcing: Identify rising creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Campaign Orchestration: Align influencer collaborations with brand needs and ensure smooth execution.
Partnership Development: Outreach to brands and secure paid opportunities for the talent roster.

Responsibilities

🔎 Discover New TalentFind and recruit emerging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms in the UK & US markets.
📞 Sales & RecruitmentConduct outreach and onboarding calls with creators interested in joining Stride Social.
🤝 Talent ManagementBuild strong relationships with influencers and support them throughout campaigns and partnerships.
📈 Campaign CoordinationManage collaborations between creators and brands to ensure campaigns run smoothly and successfully.
💼 Brand OutreachConnect directly with brands you believe align with your talent roster and help secure paid campaigns.
👥 Team CollaborationWork closely with our team through weekly strategy meetings every Monday & Friday.
