Job Summary

Own local restaurant marketing across multiple locations with end-to-end ownership of multichannel campaigns, events, and partnerships to drive foot traffic and loyalty.

  • Build and nurture partnerships with local influencers, businesses, and media to boost visibility.
  • Plan and execute events and promotions that move foot traffic and retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create engaging content across digital and print platforms.
  • Manage all social media channels across multiple restaurant locations, maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice.
  • Plan, create, and distribute weekly email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
  • Build, manage, and grow the customer database in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Develop relationships with influencers, local businesses, media contacts, and social media partners to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage online reputation, including customer reviews and feedback across platforms.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company's brand standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating engaging content, including photography, video, and graphic design.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and database management.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.

Preferred

  • Experience within the hospitality, restaurant, food and beverage, or leisure sector.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Experience working with influencers and partnership marketing.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
