Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the marketing and member engagement (Customer Relationship Management) strategy for workplace, aligned to the key business and marketing priorities of the Group
• Leading, engaging, developing and motivating the team to deliver the marketing & communications plans, presentations, webinars and campaigns for our aligned clients and new prospects.
• Work in partnership with Group Brand & Marketing , B2B Marketing, Customer Marketing, Workplace Distribution, and wider business teams to deliver innovative strategies that support our goals and amplify impact across the business.
• Role model and embed a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement, to ensure Standard Life's member engagement approach is industry-leading
• Maintain a strategy to leverage emerging technologies and personalised approaches including digital channels to help clients engage employees and drive measurable outcomes.
• Build Standard Life's reputation within the Workplace market, including presenting at industry conferences, adviser events and new business pitches
• Establish best-practice measurements, analysis and reporting that ensures team are delivering impact and clearly reporting their contribution towards core KPI's (business, commercial, marketing, engagement)
