Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content and community for nightlife venues across multiple platforms, turning events, promotions, and brand assets into measurable engagement.

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop content across social, blogs, newsletters, and visuals to drive attendance and brand recall.
  • Campaign & Community Ownership: Plan campaigns around events, manage paid ads, and actively grow online communities.
  • Analytics & Collaboration: Track performance, report trends, and coordinate with venue managers, entertainers, and marketing teams.

Job Description

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute creative content strategies for multiple venues, including social media posts, graphics, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts for various venues (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand presence.
  • Campaign Planning: Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns around upcoming events, promotions, and themed nights to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities around each venue's brand.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with venue managers, DJs, entertainers, and marketing teams to align content with upcoming events and promotions.
  • Brand Development: Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms, enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Advertising & Promotions: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to boost visibility and attendance.
  • Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
