Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build & Scale Owned Social: Lead the evolution of our social media management capability into a category-defining, scalable operating model across brands and markets. Develop frameworks, training, and playbooks to raise standards. Provide expert client counsel.
  • Evolve always-on Production: Own and refine production workflows, schedules, content pipelines, and delivery timelines for always-on social. Build systems for repeatable, faster operational practice without losing quality.
  • Evolve Creator System: Advance the Creator Hub model as the engine for owned social. Optimize collaboration between creators, strategists, editors, and social managers to ensure creator input strengthens brand output.
