Job Summary

Own the brand and demand engine for a professional services environment, aligning messaging, campaigns, and events to grow market presence and client engagement.

  • Brand stewardship: shape external positioning and ensure consistency across communications and materials.
  • Integrated marketing execution: oversee website, digital campaigns, email programs, and social media to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Industry presence and events: design and run client/industry events and pursue relevant awards to boost visibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to refine and strengthen the Monahans brand.
  • Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring communications reflect values and market position.
  • Collaborate with heads of department to execute and develop the current marketing strategy, drive growth through tailored tactics, and shape next year’s strategy.
  • Oversee website performance and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns, with clear performance reports.
  • Manage social media to boost engagement and enhance Monahan’s profile.
  • Raise visibility by identifying and participating in relevant industry awards and events.
  • Plan and execute a programme of client and industry events.
  • Support service lines in delivering successful bid and tender processes for new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external PR agencies from planning to evaluation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • A strong grasp of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across digital and offline channels.
  • A proactive and commercial mindset – always looking for ways to add value and contribute to growth.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence all levels.
