Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global marketing strategy for Atlas Financial.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in marketing
• Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or B2B SaaS
• Track record building or scaling marketing functions
• Experience in product-led or growth-driven organizations
• Exposure to digital assets, Web3, or financial infrastructure is strongly preferred
• Strategic thinking and positioning capability
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to translate complex financial products into clear narratives
• Experience aligning marketing with revenue generation
• Leadership and team-building capability

Preferred

• Experience in fintech infrastructure companies
• Background in payments, crypto infrastructure, or institutional finance
• Experience marketing to professional and institutional clients
