Job Summary

Own and drive the marketing and PR agenda for a multi-site care group by building a data-driven growth engine across strategy, digital acquisition, and brand. Shape stakeholder narratives, align PR with business goals, and lead a high-performing team that delivers measurable ROI.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Align strategy with KPIs, dashboards and ROI across SEO, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Brand & PR Ownership: Guide voice, reputation, and media relations for multiple audiences and channels.
  • Operations & Governance: Manage budgets, agencies, and partnerships to maximize outcomes and enable accountable, cross-functional decision making.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering Agincare's Group Marketing & PR Strategy.
  • Leading digital acquisition across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and marketing automation.
  • Driving enquiry generation, customer acquisition and conversion performance.
  • Managing marketing budgets, agencies and external partners to maximise return on investment.
  • Leading PR, media relations, reputation management and stakeholder communications.
  • Driving awards, events, partnerships and brand-building initiatives.
  • Ensuring Agincare's voice is trusted, consistent and impactful across all audiences.
  • Using data, customer insight and analytics to drive performance and improve decision-making.
  • Developing meaningful KPIs, reporting and performance dashboards focused on outcomes and ROI.
  • Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing Marketing & PR team.

Requirements

  • Significant marketing leadership experience within a multi-site, service-led organisation.
  • A proven track record of delivering marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Expertise in lead generation, customer journeys, digital marketing, campaign performance and analytics.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience leading and developing successful teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to influence Executive and Board-level leaders.

Preferred

  • Experience within care, healthcare or another regulated sector would be advantageous
